The products sold on this site are fulfilled by TPOP SAS (print-on-demand service), located in France.
2. Products
All products sold on this website are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner TPOP. Products are manufactured in France and shipped directly to you.
Product colors may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of printing on textiles.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Dollars ($) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically produced within 2-6 working days and shipped via La Poste (French postal service) or other carriers.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2-4 working days
- EU countries: 3-7 working days
- International: 5-15 working days
These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@isgreenlandpartoftheusa.com with your order number and request.
Exceptions: As products are custom-made (printed on demand), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent EU directives regarding personalized goods.
If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@isgreenlandpartoftheusa.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or error
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of mind: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the item has been produced.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, text, and graphics on this website are the property of Public Notice or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal data (name, address, email) solely for the purpose of processing your order.
Your data may be shared with:
- TPOP (our fulfillment partner) for order production and shipping
- Payment processors for secure payment handling
We do not sell your data to third parties.
